Design Research
In our practice, research and design inform and feed off each other. Because we integrate design into research we can ask unique questions and uncover insights that direct key design directions earlier and faster. Talking with people grounds our thinking in reality.
Strategy
Design can be a strategic tool to help guide business and product decisions. By making ideas tangible design can help customers give real feedback on strategic directions and provide management the confidence they need to go forward.
Human Factors
We research and design the Human Factors for life saving products. We uncover and design within peoples limits to allow people to effectively, safely and achieve their goals. We design solutions for Neurosurgeons and for people living with Dementia, we always design to meet their unique needs and challenges.
User Experience Design
We design User Experiences from the ground up from opportunity finding, to design principles, through prototyping and into detailed spec for development. We are very experienced collaborating with in house software development teams.
Industrial Design
For us Industrial Design is part of a holistic design process. We explore device architecture and usability. As we refine towards a final solution we look closely at the appearance and manufacturability of a product. Our ID team works closely in collaboration with in-house engineering.
Brand Strategy
Brands are more than a logo. Brands are built on experiences, products, features and language. We can research what quality your customers are looking for. Then, we can help you define those key features that manifest the experience your customers desire.
